Return Policy

So, we understand that things sometimes don't quite work the way that they should, or aren't as described - and we'll do the best we can to help you.  This may involve repairing or replacing the item, contacting the manufacturer for you to find out what their policy is and then following this through for you, in some instances we may return the product for a refund.  Due to the wide range of products we sell it is addressed on a case-by-case basis.  When we ship items we will do so with registered post/freight so that we (and you) can track them.
